Distance Run : 9km

I kicked things off with a quick 9km in the heart of the city. This area is an interesting mix of residential, commercial and industrial. It was also home to the Civic Arena which stood for over 80 years. In just a few blocks radius, you will find a concrete plant, coffee shops, a knitting store, and my favourite: @littleitalyvernon. If you’ve never had a sandwich or pizza from there, you are missing out! (P.S. they also have Gelato)
