Tonight’s run was a quick one in between rain storms. I took advantage of the break in the weather to take the dog for a run in the Pottery Road area. Its rural-residential area with a bit of light industrial, so I wasn’t sure there would be much to find. However, to my surprise (and delight), I discovered Pottery Ravine Park which is a nice little green space nestled between some houses and the ravine with a basketball court and a little climbing wall. It probably get very little usage, as it’s hidden in a cul-de-sac, but its a nice little refuge with a decent view south.
Also, this area has the highest density of “random stuff by the curb” that I’ve seen so far on my travels.
